AB 45 – Household Hazardous Waste: Coordinates with local governments, producers of HHW products and CalRecycle to adopt model ordinances for a comprehensive program for the collection of household hazardous waste.

AB 516 – Temporary Tags: Requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to establish a temporary license plate program, similar to that in effect in over a dozen states, so that all vehicles sold in California without plates receive a temporary license plate at the point of sale.

AB 847 – Mental health funding gap/CCBHC, Prop 63: Directs the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to develop a proposal to compete to become a designated state to receive significantly enhanced federal mental health funds and appropriates $1,000,000 from the Mental Health Services Act Fund to the State Department of Health Care Services to develop that proposal (Proposition 63).
